✅ Perishable products such as plants/ trees/ succulents are non-refundable upon acceptance of the item on delivery. For any issue on perishable products, please feedback to us within 3 days upon delivery for assistance or an exchange.

✅ Non-perishable Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition for a full refund/exchange within 07 days upon receipt of items. Strictly no returns/exchange after 07 days.
**For credit card payments refund, processing platform fees will apply**

Exclusion: 

✅Delivery charges, Gift Vouchers, Products on promotion, and Discounted items are not allowed for refund/return/exchange.
✅Gift Vouchers can only be returned for a full refund during their validity period to the customer who made the purchase and to the same mode of payment.


✅ All refunds shall be processed within 10-14 working days to the original payment mode.
